The YWCA Central Carolinas offers members a co-ed, state-of-the-art fitness facility in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We have a great community, comprised of members from all walks of life and fitness levels. We offer competitive rates, a friendly staff, a safe and comfortable facility and knowledgeable instructors.

Membership includes the use of our indoor heated swimming pool, cardio room, weight room, circuit room, tennis courts, basketball courts, outdoor fitness trail and all of our classes. We have classes for every fitness level including yoga, Pilates, tai chi and chair aerobics. We also offer several different water aerobics classes.
Stop by the YWCA Sarah Belk Gambrell Fitness Center for a tour and complimentary guest pass. A guest pass entitles guests and visitors to three free visits. Members receive a free fitness orientation upon enrollment.
Beginning April 1, 2009, the YWCA is waiving the enrollment fee for all new members!

Let Industrial Strength Certified Personal Training help you find a starting point in the gym! An Industrial Strength personal trainer will show all new YWCA members how to incorporate different elements of fitness into a program that is not only geared toward total wellness but will also help you get the results you are looking to achieve. You will discover how to calculate your target heart rate, assess your flexibility, and learn exercises specifically designed for your body to increase strength as well as balance and agility. Special new member rate: $28.

Generations of Charlotteans have learned to swim at the YWCA Sarah Belk Gambrell Fitness Center. The YWCA's comprehensive aquatics program offers swimming lessons for infants, youth and adults.

Not Available | There is a two hour time limit per visit. All parents will be expected to respect child care hours and plan their workouts accordingly. Ratio of staff to children may vary. Child care is for children ages six months to 14-years-old.
Punch Card Pass - $30 for a 15 visit pass (card is punched once per child per visit / no expiration date). Passes are available for purchase at the front desk. Single Visit - $5 per child
